Her techniques combine Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapies & Reiki energy healing.Listening to your goals, your body and her intuition she creates a session unique for you. Generating a safe space for you to feel relaxed and at ease in your mind so your body can follow. She loves working with all who are guided to her, especially enjoys working with mothers, prenatal into early motherhood.
Christopher is a Reiki practitioner & Certified yoga teacher. He has an intuitive and caring approach to helping you heal. Enjoys working with clients post-surgery, dealing with trauma, & sports injuries.
